Our goal at PattyRay Paints is to breed World Champion quality halter horses.  By thinking out of the box, Ray and I hope to bridge two gaps.  One--the gap that exists between Tobiano and Overo halter horses of the same quality.........Two--the gap that exists between halter and performance paints.

The result should be a quality paint halter horse that is a beautiful mover.  If asked to perform outside the halter arena, he should be able to respond with willingness, and have the athletic ability to match his talents.  Simply, a paint horse to be proud, that is a joy to own and handle!
